Urban Game in Lublin

We organized an urban location-based game for tourists and inhabitants of the city during the 3rd edition of Lubelskie Święto Młodego Cydru (Lublin Young Cider Festival).
Thanks to scenography, we changed the Lublin Old Town into a huge board game! Adventures awaited the participants in 10 points of the city – one could learn interesting facts about the Lublin keep, parish church, or the so-called Devil’s Hand.
Participants of the game, using their knowledge and cunning, collected points at our special stations. The points could be exchanged for rewards funded by the sponsor of the event. As many as 5000 people participated in the game.
Scope of works: preparation of the scenario for the location-based game/ design and creation of scenography/ design and production of stands to provide help for participants of the game/ logistics and staffing
