Simulator “A Journey to the Centre of the Earth”
The Centre of Geological Education Geopark in Kielce
For the Centre of Geological Education in Kielce, we created a multimedia 5D simulator that takes the visitors on a journey to the centre of planet Earth.
Thanks to modern technologies – computer animation and 5D projection – we created a showpiece that perfectly summarizes the content presented as a part of the permanent exhibition titled “Galeria Ziemi” (Gallery of Earth).
The educational simulator “The Journey to the Centre of the Earth” has been presented in the following media: TVN, Dzień dobry TVN, TVN Turbo, TVP Kielce, ntv kKielce, Gazeta Wyborcza and Echo Dnia. The project has been presented as an example of good practices during the 5th edition of the conference Interakcja – Integracja at the Copernicus Science Centre.
Scope of works: elaboration of concept and project of an educational showpiece/ production of a capsule with software to play 5D content/ production of content – 3D animation consulted with science experts – in cooperation with the studio PixelForge.
